The Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Service (ADHD) has a provincial mandate to provide assessment, treatment for children and youth ages 6 to 17 years and their families. The service follows a family focused model within a multidisciplinary team and provides diagnostic services as well as subsequent treatment and support.

Families may self-refer through Child and Adolescent Mental Health Centralized Intake Service at 204-958-9660, however, a physician referral is required for psychiatric/medication consultation.

Founded in 1965 as the Home Welfare Association, Meals on Wheels (MOW) is committed to delivering nutritious meals to senior citizens, physically challenged and vulnerable members of the Winnipeg area.
Standard Hot Meal: $6.00
Consists of soup or milk or juice*, entrée (including protein, starch & vegetable), crackers, and dessert.
Frozen Meals: 5 for $22.00
These meals are different from the regular program in that meals are packaged and kept frozen, so they can be ordered and kept in the freezer. Meals include entrée and soup choices. Suitable for a standard diet. They are also available in minced, pureed and blenderized textures. Available in select areas only.
Self or family member referral however;
Meals on Wheels of Winnipeg requires the following in order to establish service:
A non-refundable deposit of $25
A commitment to purchase 10 hot meals
Advance non-refundable payment of 10 hot meals. Advance payment of 10 hot meals will be waived if the client enrols in the pre-authorized payment plan.
